Each company employee follows internal standards and adheres to the regulator's norms and the provisions of the public offer.
At any time, you can contact your manager for assistance or clarification regarding the company's operating rules. However, we strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with the internal security rules that will be useful when working with a brokerage company in general.
The specialist assigned to you will work with you on a permanent basis. The company does not have any other projects, subsidiaries, or freelance employees. A change of employee can only occur at your initiative or, if it becomes impossible to provide services properly, your manager will notify you of the replacement both verbally and in writing.
The broker’s primary income consists of commissions: spreads, additional fees for opening trades, and swaps. All conditions are detailed in the public offer and on the website. If a broker mentions any other fees, this may be a reason to question their reliability. For example, a profit commission or a tax on profits is always a scam, as a broker does not have the right to collect taxes.
ParadTrade fully covers the salaries of all its employees. A manager has no right to request any personal compensation from a client.
